Warranty Period:

This Warranty is non-transferable. To be eligible, you must provide a valid invoice when requested. Any alterations or modifications made to the products after purchase will void the warranty.

Exclusions:
The Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

The defect is within acceptable industry variances, such as up to 4% movement in some fabrics.
The Product is used for purposes other than those intended.
Improper cleaning, use, or maintenance of the Product.
Exposure to abnormal conditions like environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, or stress.
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident.
Damage caused by chemical exposure.

The Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage or defects caused by after treatments.
Minor color variations.

Note:

There may be minor variations in fabric color and wood finish between the images shown and the actual product due to screen calibrations and resolutions. Slight mismatches in dimensions are acceptable: up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.

The base frame is constructed using a combination of teakwood and plywood, with the latter offering enhanced strength and flexibility compared to traditional solid wood. The body of the furniture features varying thicknesses of teak ply, adding an extra layer of durability to the piece.
