Warranty Note

Warranty Period:
The Warranty for each product begins on the purchase date. The specific Warranty Period for each product can be found on its detail page, along with a complete description.

Eligibility:
This Warranty is non-transferable. To be eligible, you must provide a valid invoice when requested. Any alterations or modifications made to the products after purchase will void the warranty.

Exclusions:
The Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

The defect is within acceptable industry variances, such as up to 4% movement in some fabrics.
The Product is used for purposes other than those intended.
Improper cleaning, use, or maintenance of the Product.
Exposure to abnormal conditions like environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, or stress.
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident.
Damage caused by chemical exposure.

The Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage or defects caused by after treatments.
Minor color variations.

Note:

There may be minor variations in fabric color and wood finish between the images shown and the actual product due to screen calibrations and resolutions. Slight mismatches in dimensions are acceptable: up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.

When it comes to materials, we use premium suede fabric with a GSM of 350, sourced from the renowned Sarom “Suede Collection.” The foam used in our furniture is of 40 density, ensuring a comfortable and supportive seating experience. The ply thickness, seating height, and storage type are all carefully considered to provide functionality and convenience.

Our hydraulic storage system is designed for ease of use, with a smooth deco paint finish that adds a touch of sophistication to the piece. For customization options, we offer the choice of white laminate (Mica) at an additional cost. The hydraulic details ensure a front opening with a weight-bearing capacity of 200 KG, making it a practical storage solution for your needs.

Maintenance of our furniture is hassle-free, thanks to its stain and spill-resistant microfiber material. A simple swipe is all it takes to keep your furniture looking pristine. We recommend dry cleaning every 2-3 years to maintain its original luster and sheen.
