Customization Process

1. Selecting Your Fabric & Color:

   • Choose the desired fabric and color from the provided codes.
   • Add the selected code in the note on the checkout page when placing your order.

   Or

   • Choose the desired fabric and color from the provided codes.
   • Share the selected code with our customer service representative along with your order ID after placing the order.

2. Fabric Options:

   • LEATHERETTE FABRIC

Warranty Period:
The Warranty for each product begins on the purchase date. The specific Warranty Period for each product can be found on its detail page, along with a complete description.

Eligibility:
This Warranty is non-transferable. To be eligible, you must provide a valid invoice when requested. Any alterations or modifications made to the products after purchase will void the warranty.

Exclusions:
The Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• The defect is within acceptable industry variances, such as up to 4% movement in some fabrics.
• The Product is used for purposes other than those intended.
• Improper cleaning, use, or maintenance of the Product.
• Exposure to abnormal conditions like environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, or stress.
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident.
• Damage caused by chemical exposure.

The Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage or defects caused by after treatments.
• Minor color variations.

Note:

There may be minor variations in fabric color and wood finish between the images shown and the actual product due to screen calibrations and resolutions. Slight mismatches in dimensions are acceptable: up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.
