Warranty Note

Warranty Period:
The Warranty for each product begins on the purchase date. The specific Warranty Period for each product can be found on its detail page, along with a complete description.

Eligibility:
This Warranty is non-transferable. To be eligible, you must provide a valid invoice when requested. Any alterations or modifications made to the products after purchase will void the warranty.

Exclusions:
The Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

The defect is within acceptable industry variances, such as up to 4% movement in some fabrics.
The Product is used for purposes other than those intended.
Improper cleaning, use, or maintenance of the Product.
Exposure to abnormal conditions like environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, or stress.
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident.
Damage caused by chemical exposure.

The Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage or defects caused by after treatments.
Minor color variations.

Note:

There may be minor variations in fabric color and wood finish between the images shown and the actual product due to screen calibrations and resolutions. Slight mismatches in dimensions are acceptable: up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.

– This headboard has black color square glass tile beveled edge on the upholstered frame periphery that gives an elegant look and feel to the headboard.
– High Glossy finish with double stitching pattern on PU makes it ideal for comfort along with the look.
– The quilted headboard provides comfortable support to the back while seating on the bed with the back resting on the headboard.
– Exposed panels edged with PVC to prevent contact with moisture and enhance durability.

The wood used in the base frame is stronger and more flexible than traditional solid wood. Its body is made with varying thickness of teak ply for added durability.

– Storage Type: Without storage with a smooth deco paint on it. (Can be customized using white laminate (Mica) instead of deco paint at an extra cost.)
– Maintenance: Resistant to stains and spillage due to its microfiber. Can be cleaned with a swipe. Suggested dry cleaning every 2-3 years to retain original luster and sheen.
