Warranty Note

Warranty Period:
The Warranty for each product begins on the purchase date. The specific Warranty Period for each product can be found on its detail page, along with a complete description.

This Warranty is non-transferable. To be eligible, you must provide a valid invoice when requested. Any alterations or modifications made to the products after purchase will void the warranty.

Exclusions:
The Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

The defect is within acceptable industry variances, such as up to 4% movement in some fabrics.
The Product is used for purposes other than those intended.
Improper cleaning, use, or maintenance of the Product.
Exposure to abnormal conditions like environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, or stress.
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident.
Damage caused by chemical exposure.

The Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage or defects caused by after treatments.
Minor color variations.

Note:

There may be minor variations in fabric color and wood finish between the images shown and the actual product due to screen calibrations and resolutions. Slight mismatches in dimensions are acceptable: up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.

A frame that can last for 40 Years!
The wood used in the base frame is stronger and more flexible than traditional solid wood. It’s body is made with varying thickness of teak ply for added durability.

– Bed Size: Queen – 62X76, King – 72X76, King Plus – 74X79, King Pro – 74X82
– Fabric: Suede 350 GSM (Brand – Sarom “Velvet Collection”)
– Foam: Sleepwell 40 Density
– Ply Thickness: 18mm Top, 12mm Down with Supports
– Seating: 18 Inches Height, with 3 Inches Legs for cleaning purpose. (Can be customized to 15 inches without cleaning space)
– Storage Type: Normal storage with a smooth deco paint on it. (Can be customized using the white laminate (Mica) instead of deco paint on extra cost)
– Maintenance: Resistant to stains and spillage due to its microfiber. Can be cleaned with a swipe. Suggested dry cleaning every 2-3 years to retain original luster and sheen.
